A fantastic local dealership. Highly professional and friendly. The staff were informative, honest and welcoming without being as pushy as you might find in larger dealerships. Would highly recommend for the attention to the customer from first seeing the car to hanging over the money.

Friendly and good quick service
I have had several cars from Lane Williams and have found the service from viewing the car, test drive through to hand over and after sales to be outstanding. There is none of the stiff atmosphere you get in the large franchise dealerships, just good old fashioned customer service and honesty. Highy recommended.
Didn't buy a car here, but bought a car elsewhere that was serviced by them. Needed clarification of what they did on the service for a warranty claim. Denied even servicing the car, even though there stamp is in the book twice!! Said they would look into it but never bothered to contact me. Not helpful.
