This branch lacks the basics of customer service. We had a vehicle booked for pickup Friday afternoon, only to be told on arrival that my wife didn't exist - even though she'd rented from them before. Nobody thought to phone to advise of problem, just left without vehicle!!!Luckily there's a friendly, efficient and cheaper option on Bristol Road.
Brilliant, the managers were helpful and friendly. The Mercedes c class is beautiful to drive.
