Both my wife and I have used the North Petherton Surgery for almost 14 years. Throughout that time, we have been extremely pleased with the medical attention, care, courtesy and kindness we have experienced from the doctors, nurses, pharmacists and receptionists. We have never had a problem getting an appointment and rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes. We have left the area to move northwards to be closer to family in the NW and NE. Our major concern about moving was would we be able to find such a good medical practice in our new location. The jury's out!
Have been very dismissive, and feel very much like I'll have this health problem forever now as nobody seems to want to help! Receptionist is very unfriendly also and makes you feel as if you arever inconveniencing her.
Always say "on time" when you check in... I always then wait at least ten minutes after my appointment time..
