Are really welcoming gym, certainly not one for the posers. A gym where you can feel comfortable in your own skin and friendly staff who greet you by name. Martin and Sharon check you're OK and give you pointers without being pushy. They're on hand for one to one time pretty much whenever you want and can help you push on - but only if that's what you want. They've got it just right.

Brilliant health and wellbeing centre. Gary Toms and Helen Palmer are excellent at curing aches and pains whether caused by sports accidents or general wear and tear. If you want to get fit without taking out an annual gym contract this is the place to go.
