Very disappointing bought a 9ct necklace for my St Christopher 5 months later it snapped was exchanged for another 4 months later snapped again so went in and asked for a refund was told would only get a voucher as they dont do refunds as stated on receipt no where do it state this. So in the end had to take another chain but in silver i feel after twice snapping and being told " Oh its a bad batch " what almost 6 months between each chain???.I feel after twice being let down i should have got my money back or some off the price
