The team arrived promptly on our removal day and were efficient, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, due to a technical problem at one of the banks in the chain we didn't complete that day and after a long day we were unable to move into our new property. Throughout all the stress the day brought, the team and office were in contact with us and each other and did all they could to help. Angus & Andy in the office then did everything to help us reschedule our removal for when the keys were available. We would definitely recommend them.
From the moment Andreas came and done our survey until we returned the packing boxes the service, communication, courtesy and professionalism shown by the whole Lanes team was excellent. We couldn't recommend the company and service any higher.Go for the packing service it's excellent all furniture dismantled and reassembled makes moving easy. Thank you all very much.
What could have been a stressful piano move (still not sure how they manged to do it) was handled with utter professionalism from the crew and office staff. Can't thank you enough. Let's just hope the piano tuner is as good as you guys
If we could give 6 stars we would...! The team, of different numbers each day but with two who were with us on all three days, was brilliant: hard working, careful and caring, and flexible; not phased when locals at both origin and destination had parked where they shouldn't have; coming up with solutions to unexpected difficulties and challenges. We were delighted with their attitude and professionalism throughout.
