Needs a good clean
Can be perfectly summed up in one word: Dead. Might as well be populated by zombies. The Salem's Lott of the UK. If you're feeling suicidal but you don't have the conviction to execute, I would recommend a visit. You'll be ODing in the gutter within half an hour...
Have nothing to complain about this station other than mentioned in previous comments, all the doors seem to be closed. There is a ticket office and when that is closed, you can still buy tickets at the machine. There are only two platforms here, southbound and northbound (You can read that vice versa of you like). You just cannot get lost here.
Toilets always locked, nothing to do while waiting for the train, no cafe or coffee shop,only ever see one member of staff
Tickets office staff are nice but the atmosphere of the station isn't that nice, feels more like it'll collapse in a big storm and near enough every door is closed apart from ticket office usually would like to have a little leaflet you could take to learn about the station.In all i personally only go there a couple-few times a year but every time it feels more and more like they need a full renovation instead of trying to mask over it but nice staff.
