Our cat came in at 1.30am with a massive gash on his chin, and Quantock were amazing. He couldn't be left until morning because of the risk of blood loss and shock, and the out of hours vet was kind, helpful and informative.When we rang them once normal hours had begun again the staff were very helpful. They gave us a full report and even helped us with what we needed to tell our insurer. I was over the moon to get a phone call this afternoon to say he'd had an operation to repair the cut and he was ready to come home. The vet nurse was great too, even with two excited boys in the room because their cat was allowed home, she went through everything we needed to know and made sure we had everything we needed.A lovely practice where we were made to feel like our cats wellbeing was cared about, and not just a number in a queue. Thank you QVH from all of us.
Amazing practice, with an awesome team of vets, nurses and client care staff. Having spent a couple of weeks seeing the practice from the inside, I can safely say that the clinical standards at Quantock Veterinary Hospital are second to none. Quantock Veterinary Hospital is, without a doubt, a massive asset for the community!
I struggle to give QVH 5 stars, as I honestly believe they deserve so much more.We have been a VERY regular visitor for the last few years with our diabetic cat and the service and support, has always been fantastic. Well done QVH
Quantock vets is the only place I would take my dog. After rupturing his Achilles Dominic and his team performed major surgery within the practise. I was obviously really worried but they were always there to reassure and support me. The aftercare and advice was exceptional and this goes for every appointment I have gone too since. Amazing.
