Excellent service and friendly
I went with my parents today to view a Ford mondeo.Byron greeted my father with a handshake and tried to give my mum a kiss on the cheek which clearly made her feel uncomfortable.We were considering buying the car we viewed, we liked it, mechanically it seemed sound. The body work and alloys needed some work. There were also some dents around the car. Keep in mind this is a vehicle that costs 9995.When I told Byron that I had looked at the recommended dealers price before arrival he went nuclear, he was about 8 inches from my face pointing at me with a raised tone, very abrupt and very rude.We will be taking our money to another garage.
