Very good service. Had my Mercedes C220 serviced here and the car was noticeably better on the drive home. The car was checked over and all items that will need attention were pointed out. Price was good and I will definitely be going back.
I have been using Mason Autos for around 7 years, and even after having moved to London, i will take the car to Somerset for extensive jobs due to his reasonable pricing and exceptional talent. Paul is an absolute star, he has taken on many tasks beyond my ability (i have a Mechanical Engineering degree) and will always be willing to suggest reasonable alternatives to solve my issues.
Drove my Toyota MR2 in on the last legs it had not knowing what had happened to my engine. They looked at my engine briefly before it was even booked in for a diagnostic and knew straight away what the problem was; blown engine. They held onto my car until I could get them an engine to swap it with, turns out the engine arrived damaged so had to get that refunded and bring in another engine; 5 weeks later the engine was swapped, serviced and tested. Very reasonable price as well. I got to hand it to them for their patience with me and will be recommending them to everyone and anyone, ever so welcoming as well, brilliant team that knows their stuff!
