Excellent service, very friendly staff. Couldn't do any more to help you and very quick. Kind enough to explain things in easy terms to a new driver! Prices are shocking though when it comes to fixing the issues found during an MOT. Found someone local to do it for a third of the price.

They agreed I could transfer the work on my car here from another Halfords but when I turned up as arranged they were unable to honour the booking. When I returned yet another day they failed to order the part they said they would, causing even further delay. They repeatedly failed to telephone or tell me what was going on with my car when they said they would. In total, Halfords had my car for 7 days and it is still not repaired. Neither have they confirmed what's actually wrong with it. Head office were equally unhelpful. Naturally, I've been avoiding Halfords at all costs since and I can only recommend you do the same.
