Excellent crossfit community
This is a seriously great CrossFit gym. Matt and Becky really care about their members and helping them as best they can. I own a CrossFit gym in Sydney and my wife and I were really impressed with the support given to new people and those who are experienced. The gym space is amazing in size and scope. But its the people that truly make the difference in this hidden gem.Try them out ASAP.
