Its okay but i think this gym is more dedicated to crossfit people and people who want to do classes.(nothing wrong with that)If your more of a bodybuilder /powerlifter/strongman this is not the gym for you,as thier weights are limitied. They carry the basic in weightlifitng equipment for begineers.Spacewise = Brillant, lovely area.Atmosphere = Really really good,friendly people i would give it ago and see how you feel, but for me the gym doesnt live to my expectations, i stick to flex
The Gyn is open, no more driving into town everything you could need right here, plus awesome function training facility
The Gym is open and is a great facility. The floor space is exceptional. The equipment is all really good. You are made to feel really welcome.
