Very nice peoples. and very nice food!
If only we could give 0 star rating!! the chips weren't cooked properly, the burger was burnt until getting to the middle, which was very pink. Whole meal was cold, the kebab looked and tasted nasty, and it was almost 2 hour delivery time. The only good thing was the pizzas, which are always nice when the lovely Scottish Lady makes them. Used to order from here all time, but gone down hill these past few months.
If I could leave a zero star review, I would! This was absolutely unacceptable; we ordered on Christmas Eve which I understand is a busy time, but we ordered a simple order. When the driver arrived we checked that this was all of the food, but we got in to find out that it wasn't. When we called back, the driver said it would be 2 minutes and then never showed up. We called the restaurant to complain, and heard a poor woman called Anne being shouted at and abused as she tried to explain our issue to the manager. Then, they wouldn't compensate us for the 30 minute additional wait after we explained that it was for a 9 year old girl who needed no go to bed. All in all it was completely unacceptable behaviour, towards us and towards Anne, and I wouldnt reccomend anyone to go there!
When our food was delivered, half of it was missing, upon calling and asking, we were told 2 minutes, 10 minutes later we phoned up and were screamed down the phone by the chef.Completely disgraceful service
