Not really Asda's fault that my mobile phone was stolen while I was shopping there, but it doesn't help that the customer service team there never answer their phone so I can report it to them!

Aisles were blocked by staff, rude customer service in the self serve. It's a shame as it used to be a great atmosphere in there with happy staff. Picked up a bag on way to customer service counter and staff jump on you like tour robbing them.

I shop in this store everyday. I only do so because it is local, and I can usually get the basics I need. However there are three daily problems with this store. They may not be unique to Bridgwater Asda.1.Shelves and stock reordering is very poor.2.A lengthy que is frequent at Kiosk & Customers Services. This then creates total impassable congestion.3.The Fish Counter. Nobody mans it! Staff seem to love making Pizzas at the next counter and mostly ignore the fish counter. I hate buying fish from this store for this sole reason. Spoken to Management. Suggested they put a bell or similar to attract staff attention clearly they are not interested in customer suggestions.I have spent the last two days back and for this store, trying to sort a manufacturing problem with a faulty ASDA branded cleaner. I initially phoned Head Office Customer Services for help. They recorded the telephone conversation. I informed the call handler I no longer had the receipt. Operative (who's name I naturally made a note of) told me to take the cleaner back to the Bridgwater store. The store now say head office unable to listen to the recorded call, and say they doubt I was ever told to bring the cleaner back to store without a receipt. Having read other reviews of Asda it appears other customers have also been accused of lying.I think the points raised here as a customer, should motivate a large national brand, which could soon also include Sainsbury's, in to making improvements for a much better customer shopping experience.

Pleasant shopping experience with friendly staff and plenty of choice for your weekly shopping. Everything that you'd expect from an Asda. However, as some reviewers suggested it does get quite crowded!

This is a regular asda supermarket with the usual range of items, from groceries to clothes, with small appliances and TV's. The store was rather clean even though the bathroom smelled a bit odd. Lots of cashiers and self checkout machines. Ideal for rapid purchases.
