I was told they did not do x rays for broken ribs. I found out later they had no x ray facility operational that day. WSM A and E informed me yes its a standard procedure. Will not go back their again.
Came to Hospital on Christmas day found all the staff on duty to be very kind and helpful.
Drove over an hour for an ultrasound arriving 20 minutes early to have the receptionist not check me in properly and the sonographer went home in the half an hour I patiently waited.Edit: My second visit was much better although usual NHS waiting times applied. 1 hour late for procedure and three waiting rooms but followed by possibly the nicest nurse who was very empathetic.
So bloody rude!!! The woman shouted at me as i asked if my daughter was allowed with me and she shouted in my face "no" disgusting. My daughter told her i am deaf and the woman shouted at my daughter "ill have to shout at him then wont I!!" I am so digusted!! There was no need of it.
Nurse forgot to record on my notes that I was asked to return for an X-ray. So, on return, I was told I would need to wait 3hrs and see another nurse for a referral. Reception staff were new and didnt know what they were doing, no solution offered despite their mistake.
