I very rarely use this medical centre service facility as I tend to take a proactive approach to ones health, my health and well-being is primarily my responsibility and my responsibility alone and health is our birthright, health is wealth! Just like to add that I am well aware that this specific surgery that time really limits you as an outpatient to 5 minutes or so and makes you stressed and anxious enough in your ability to express any health concerns or challenges you may have to the extent of maybe speaking in tangents etc(I can only speak for myself here, naturally). and an ability to express myself with quick and concise clarity. I therefore conclude that I find the qualified medical professionals that work within Cranleigh Gardens MC are insensitive to the point of patronising, catty and condescending remarks. As a recent victim of a manipulative, controlling narcissistic, sociopath personality type, cruel bully for far too long I find this behaviour by medical professionals unacceptable. It is for this reason alone that has really put me off seeking medical assistance and most certainly this specific surgery for life. Unfortunately, its not like the old days where your specific general practitioner was a must trusted family friend and asset to the community. I do not recommend this surgery.

Iv been a patient here for years and it's sheer impossible for me to get to make a appointment to see a doctor especially to ask personal things that I shouldn't need to tell the receptionist first.after many years of anguish when it comes to getting my medications iv finally been able to get prescriptions and delivered by the awesome pharmacy attached to the surgery. As for some of the doctors when I do finally see a doctor to say take 1 pill if you don't stop breathing take another". That's just 1 phrase iv heard over the years to do with nerve uncontrolled twitches that are extremely painful. I wouldn't recommend this surgery if you need a 1 on 1 with a doctor as even though no available appointments the surgery is always empty.

cant access site to order precription onlne ,takes u to site demo ,

Always helpful and supportive ... lucky to have such a good practice so close to home.

My husband and I joined Cranleigh Garden Medical Centre 2 years ago.The doctors I have seen are lovely. The waiting times are pretty much on time. The surgery is always clean & tidy & I like the fact that the reception desk is away from the waiting area, so it is more private. The pharmacy next to the surgery is great. Open late & weekends. Very friendly staff and never a problem with my medication. Oh, and it has an automatic entrance, which is a must for me.
