This business is to be avoided by all would be Tennant's.They even rent properties that aren't fit for human habitation.I'm sending my findings to the ombudsman so they can stop these people conning others.
They are more helpful and warm, it was the first time that we moved to UK and Bridgwater and lend the house, they tried to help us more from official work to find shop for buying furniture. Lovely staff

Absolutely excellent service: agent turned up on time for my viewing and was knowledgeable about the property. I phoned that afternoon and paid my search fee - the requirements for the credit check were emailed through to me the next morning by Rent4Sure and within four days I had confirmation of my acceptance from Andrew Lees. I collected the keys last week - Lorraine at the Bridgwater office had all the paperwork ready and it only took a matter of minutes to fill in and sign the relevant forms. The inventory/condition report was very accurate, and the flat had been left in excellent condition. The service from start to finish has been excellent with emails and phone calls being returned promptly - very pleased to report that all the staff I met are extremely friendly too.
