Subsequently we placed the property for sale with Joe and the estate agents he worked for. Dealing with a property that required work to be ready for sale, following such sad circumstances, and was some way from our home in the East Midlands, was hard. However, throughout his involvement Joe helped to make process a little easier - he demonstrated empathy and professionalism, provided good advice and was always willing to respond to requests.
